We will exhibit a working model of the newly developed wrist technology, the “Flap Wrist,” as a new technology at SEMICON Japan 2025, which will be held starting next Wednesday, December 17. This is a technology demonstration of a wrist mechanism in which the robot’s fingers move to adapt to various wafer shapes, accurately and securely hold them using vacuum suction, and transfer them.
In addition, we plan to showcase a live demonstration of a PLP (Panel Level Package) transfer unit, as well as panel displays introducing our atmospheric and vacuum transfer systems and analytical equipment (RORZE IAS Inc.). We are sincerely looking forward to seeing you there.
