We have identified that one of our file servers in our Taiwanese subsidiary, RORZE TECHNOLOGY, INC (hereafter “RT”) was subject to unauthorized access by an unknown party, and that it was infected with ransomware. We have promptly established a task force to restore the information system and are now investigating the extent of the damage and whether any personal information or customer information was leaked with the support of external experts. Since it takes some time to fully understand the extent of the damage and the cause, currently the following can be reported.

On March 24, 2025, we discovered that there had been unauthorized access to RT’s business server, and that the files stored on the server had been encrypted. We immediately disconnected the relevant server from the company network and began investigating and restoring the data. As of the following day, the internal system had been restored, and normal operations had resumed. We are currently investigating the scope of the impact and whether there has been any leakage of personal information or customer information, with the cooperation of external experts. In addition, there has been no impact on any of the companies in our group other than RT.
