Our actions for COVID-19

We have decided to take the following measures to reduce the risk of infection of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure the safety of our employees.
We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause and appreciate your cooperation.

[Working system]
In response to the temporal school dissmissals against the infection precaution measures by the Japanese government instruction, we take special working measures such as flextime and “special leave” from March 2.

[Business Trips]
Unnecessary or non-urgent business trips, both inside Japan and overseas, are put on hold.
( We do not allow our employees to travel to the areas designated as level 3 or worse in “Infectious Disease Risk Information” on Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan’s website.)

[Visitor acceptation]
We basically ask all of the visitors who are planning to visit our office to refrain from visiting us but to use telephone or Internet conference as an alternative, avoiding face-to-face meetings as much as we can. Even if face-to-face meetings are strongly required in our office building, but if the visitors have suspected symptoms such as fever (37.5 degrees or more) or coughing, entering to our office is declined

[Activities]
We refrain from holding and participating in both external and internal activities in order to reduce the risk of infection.

[Health precaution]
・Employees are required to monitor their health, such as measuring body temperature every day, (including household members living together).
・If employee or family member is suspected to be infected with COVID-19, he/she must stay at home.
・Employees are required to avoid gathering together in poorly ventilated, closed, and crowded spaces.

The above measures are as of now, and we will respond appropriately according to changes in the situation hereafter.
