RORZE CORPORATION hereby announces that RORZE Lifescience Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, will absorb Genostaff Co., Ltd, a second-tier subsidiary of the Company, through a merger in which RORZE Lifescience Inc. will be the surviving company.

The purpose of the merger is to consolidate management resources within the Group and to further improve the efficiency and competitiveness of its life science business. As the merger constitutes a reorganization within the Group, its impact on the Company’s consolidated results is immaterial.
