At SEMICON Japan 2025, which will be held starting this Wednesday, December 17, we will showcase panels and videos featuring the NVT 7700 laser scribing system for advanced packaging from our U.S. affiliate, Nanoverse Technologies, within our booth.

In addition, we plan to showcase a live demonstration of a PLP (Panel Level Package) transfer unit, as well as panel displays introducing our atmospheric and vacuum transfer systems and analytical equipment (RORZE IAS Inc.). We are sincerely looking forward to seeing you there.
